Mi principal línea es la búsqueda de nuevas alternativas contra la tuberculosis mediante el uso del sistema de evaluación de viabilidad REMA (resazurin microtiter assay), la toxicidad celular en células Vero y Jurkat por MTT.
Modelo de granuloma tuberculoso humano in vitro, aspectos inmunológicos y estudio de la relación hospedero-parásito.
Estudio de las células espumosas (foamy macrophages) en la tuberculosis.
